teachers Of English in the south

Every year BEM results show lack or weak marks of foreign languages . Many teachers did their best in classes in order to receive good or acceptable marks for their pupils .so what do you thing ! the problem is in the pupils or the teachers or the syllabuses

I think sir that .the problem is in the pupils .I study and I see that pupils don’t make any efforts to get good marks maybe they don’t trust themselves or maybe they don’t try………..anyway thank you sir it ‘s really a big problem we must solve it .
