how to prepare couscous we bake the couscous by moistening the flour with water.and than we put the oil and we put it in the oven.after 15 minutes we add the oil in it.and than we put it again in the oven.when it boil we put it in a big dish and add the butter…………… on which occasion do you cook it! we cook this dish in ramadhan,el mouloud ennabaoui, each friday…………………………………….. ……………… هذا يفيدك لاءنني تعبتوا في كتابته………شكرااااا
