hello…..(for exemple emilly).today i’ll tell you about a delecious classic kind of cake in algeria…we call it ghribia …it is easy but wenderful…first you need to mix a cup and half of soft butter with cup of suger.when you get mixter as a cream you add some flour.then you make a little balls from the mixter.after that you put them in the oven for 15 minuts in 150 to 200°…finally you decorat it with cinement…

in algeria in people have four meals every day…in the morning they peapare the breakfast wich contains a cup of milk and coffe or tea or hot choclate drink or even juice with some bread and butter or some cake….after that at 12 am they have the lunch it is one of the most important meals in the day….they make a light dishes like salade and fries or fishes with a simple dessert like fruits……in the evening they drink some coffe and cake(some people don’t like this meal)….at night the algerian person have a good meal before he sleep…it is the dinner….it contains a soup and dishes full of fats like meat or chiken or soup or fried things with a fruits and yougort…..
i think you notice that the algerian peoples have a lot of meals but be**** me….all of theme are olmost healthy……
