Peace be upon you
Many new teachers suffer from talkative and noisy pupils.They consider it as a less respect to them from their pupils.Some used the punishement as the best way to prevent this phonemen in order to feel at ease and do their work in a good peace and calm atmosphere.Others stay and they can t do anything because they are tied by the new educational laws and rules which prevent the punishement in all cases.I remember the years of 1980 and 1990 when the teachers were alowed to do everything in order to achieve their aims in teaching .there we got good teacgers and doctors and engineers …now everything changed.The teachers aren t allowed to do as they did and the result lack of knowledge ***empty mind***
Their reason :don t hit the pupils even with flower and noise in clasess as spices in a good meal
